Our Team Is Too Busy
Our developers have been spending more time writing documentation than we expected. It is starting to slow down other work, and nobody on the team is happy about it. We are now discussing whether a technical writing agency could take over some of the writing. Has anyone worked with an agency for technical documents? How did you explain your product to them? I am also wondering how many revisions are normal. Any experience would help us understand if this is a practical option.
